Jenifer Hoffman Speaks to 2200 Haverhill High School Students

Motivational speaker Jenifer Hoffman of Newburyport, founder of Emotional Armor, talks about how acts of kindness can change people's lives when addressing the student body of Haverhill High School. Hoffman's goals include inspiring, motivating and helping people feel better about themselves, concepts that relate to lessons the students are taught in their wellness classes. Hoffman's rapidly growing company creates empowering messages currently displayed on t-shirts with slogans like "write your own happy ending" and "good will always prevail," in boutiques as well as hospitals in the Boston area. The shirts are meant to be worn as a symbol of one's "emotional armor." All of her net profits go to support domestic violence prevention programs as well as an innovative children's self confidence, self esteem program launching this month.
